Fairytale Melodies is an encounter with music – a journey into the fascinating world of sounds and instruments, during which we follow the musical trails of fairytale characters. We recall the rhythms of the jungle where little Simba grew up and simultaneously learn about the rhythm section of a symphony orchestra. Together with Pocahontas, we recreate the colors of the wind and examine an instrument that can imitate the sound of the wind.
Since 2010, dozens of concerts have been held, introducing young listeners to the fairytale side of music from cities such as Krosno, Tarnów, Przemyśl, Nowy Targ, and Myślenice. The concerts held as part of Fairytale Melodies are a harmonious blend of fun and education. They stimulate children’s emotions and imagination, and develop musical sensitivity.
