28th Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival, Warsaw, Poland

The only festival concert dedicated to the youngest audience!

Recorded by the Orchestra in the series ” Musical trace of Krakow”, Krzysztof Penderecki’s works for fairy tales find a group of increasingly interested audience. Eccentric phrases and bold instrumentation and, at the same time, musical lightness also characterize Penderecki’s genius in works written for theater and cinema.

In Warsaw, we will hear music for the play “O dwarfs and orphan girl Marysia, by Maria Konopnicka” realized in 1957 and 58 at the Arlekin Puppet Theater in Lodz, directed by Orena Wojutycka.
