We invite you to a new edition of our popular project called ‘Fairytale Melodies – At the Bottom of the Sea’. This time, it will be an educational musical and ecological performance full of attractions for the youngest viewers. The main characters of the performance – Poseidon and the Mermaid – will share their knowledge of ecology with the audience, with a particular focus on the marine environment. They will use popular melodies and songs known to all children, such as ‘Wspaniały Świat’ (The Wonderful World), ‘Na morza dnie’ (At the Bottom of the Sea), ‘The Circle of Life’ and ‘My Planet’. New arrangements of these songs will be presented by soloists Agnieszka Koziarowska and Martin Fitch, accompanied by the Beethoven Academy Orchestra conducted by Sebastian Perłowski. We have prepared special booklets with puzzles and tips on ecological behaviour for all viewers.

In addition, a new website, www.bajkowemelodie.pl, has been launched as part of this project, featuring games and quizzes on environmental and musical topics. Smartphone users can also download the games ‘Cleaning the Sea’ and ‘Cleaning the Forest,’ which have been specially designed for this project.
The educational musical and ecological performance ‘Fairytale Melodies – At the Bottom of the Sea’ is organised in the Małopolska Province in 2017-2018 by the Bielecki Art Foundation.
