The Beethoven Academy Orchestra once again invites you to the GRAND NEW YEAR’S EVE GALA at ICE KRAKÓW.
This year’s edition of this extraordinary event will see us bid farewell to the Old Year in the company of outstanding personalities – vocal virtuosos and regulars of the world’s most important opera stages, including the Metropolitan Opera, Covent Garden and the Vienna State Opera. The stars of the evening will be Małgorzata Walewska, Ewa Vesin, Krystian Krzeszowiak and Natalia Rubiś-Krzeszowiak. Accompanied by the 80-strong Beethoven Academy Orchestra conducted by maestro Yannis Pouspourikas, these wonderful soloists will perform an exquisite selection of the best opera arias from the repertoires of Verdi, Puccini, Mascagni and other opera masters.
New Year’s Eve spent doing anything other than singing concerts is a wasted New Year’s Eve for me.

The opera programme will be interspersed with intermezzos, Viennese waltzes and overtures, as well as symphonic surprises. The Grand New Year’s Eve Gala will be hosted by journalist and music columnist Marcin Majchrowski. The two-part, over two-hour gala concert will be complemented by New Year’s Eve and New Year’s greetings, refreshments and a glass of champagne with a view of the fireworks over the Old Town from the foyer of ICE KRAKÓW. Evening dress is required!
