Portret Ludviga van Beethovena

Beethovenfest Uelzen 2015, Ilmenau

A project of this scale (eight piano recitals and a festival weekend), entirely dedicated to the composer Ludwig van Beethoven, is unprecedented in Uelzen. The cultural association was presented with a unique opportunity to realize this vision with the excellent Beethoven Academy Orchestra Kraków and local singers from the St. Marien Choir Uelzen (prepared by Erik Matz).

The soloists for the evening are all world-class young artists with whom Hinrich Alpers regularly performs.

The concert is supported by the Uelzen Savings Bank Foundation and the Uelzen Lüchow-Dannenberg Savings Bank.
