Initiated by the Institute of Music and Dance, the ‘Conductor-in-Residence’ programme aims to present and promote young Polish conductors and enable them to make their debut and gain performance experience in contact with a professional orchestra. Katarzyna Tomala is the resident conductor of the Beethoven Academy Orchestra for the 2015/2016 season.
