Once again, the Beethoven Academy Orchestra will have the opportunity to take part in the Sądecki Music Festival Iubilaei Cantus ("Jubilee Singing"). This time it will perform
composed last year for the November 11 holiday - " Thanksgiving Mass" by Paweł Muzyka.
As the author himself referred to the genesis of his next - after the "Katyn Requiem" - work of the genre: "The composition was created from the need of the heart and the desire to speak in sounds, as in words, on the side of values related to faith, which gave Poles the strength to fight for freedom and spiritual support. "
"Thanksgiving mass" will be heard in the Gothic-barred Basilica of St. Małgorzata in Nowy Sącz. The Beethoven Academy Orchestra will perform with outstanding artists conducted by Tomasz Tokarczyk.
