26.03.2026 – 30th Ludwig van Beethoven Easter Festival, Warsaw
On 26 March 2026, at the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, the Orchestra of the Beethoven Academy will appear as part of the 30th Jubilee Easter Festival of Ludwig van Beethoven — one of the most distinguished classical music festivals in Poland and Europe, held continuously for three decades.
Under the baton of the orchestra’s First Guest Conductor, Jean-Luc Tingaud, the evening will feature, among other works, the Concerto in E-flat major, KV 365 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, performed by Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition participants and laureates, pianists Hyo Lee and Hyuk Lee.
In keeping with this year’s guiding theme, “Beethoven: At the Threshold of Classicism and Romanticism,” the programme will be rounded out by works by Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven and Ernest Chausson, culminating in Chausson’s monumental Romantic Symphony in B-flat major, which will crown the evening.
This concert will be the orchestra’s second festival appearance, following its accompanying event in Kraków.
Special thanks to Yolande and Ralph Kanza for financial support for this concert
